3D Secure and verification code

Where the 3DS code arrives and what to do when a payment requires verification

3D Secure and verification code

3D Secure (3DS) is an additional security check for online payments. Sometimes a payment may require extra verification.

Most of the time, no code is needed

In most cases, 3DS verification completes automatically:

  • you do not need to enter a code,
  • no manual confirmation is required,
  • the payment continues normally.

This is normal: some transactions are verified in the background depending on the merchant, bank, and risk checks.

If verification is requested

Sometimes a 3DS verification page may open during payment. In this case:

  1. Try Email first. In most cases, verification succeeds with this option.
  2. If Email does not work, the code does not arrive, or verification cannot be completed — try Phone.
  3. If you choose Phone, the verification code is sent to our Telegram bot within a few minutes.
  4. Enter the code on the 3DS page if a code field appears, then complete the payment.

Recommended order: try Email first, then use Phone if needed. In most cases, Email is enough.

Important

  • Avoid making many repeated attempts if verification keeps failing.
  • If you selected Phone and do not see the code, make sure you opened the correct Telegram bot and notifications are enabled.
  • If several verification methods are available on the 3DS page, start with Email and switch to Phone only if the first option does not help.

If the payment still fails, note the transaction time and amount and contact support so we can investigate.
