3D Secure and verification code
3D Secure (3DS) is an extra security check for online payments. Sometimes the payment flow may ask you to verify the operation.
Where the 3DS code arrives
If a verification code is required, it is sent to our Telegram bot.
Most of the time no code is needed
In most cases, 3DS verification is completed automatically:
- you do not need to enter a code,
- you do not need to confirm the operation manually,
- the payment goes through as usual.
This is normal: some operations are confirmed “invisibly” for the user depending on the merchant, bank, and risk settings.
If verification is requested anyway
Sometimes a 3DS verification page opens during payment. In that case:
- On the verification page, choose the “phone number” method.
- After selecting the phone number option, wait for the code — it will be sent to the Telegram bot.
- Enter the code on the 3DS page (if an input field appears) and complete the payment.
Important
- If you do not see the code, make sure you opened the correct Telegram bot and that notifications are enabled.
- If the 3DS page offers several verification methods, choose the phone number option — it matches the code delivery flow in the bot.
If the payment still does not go through after that, note the time and amount of the operation and contact support — we will help you investigate it.
